Thought I would do a brunch-appropriate cocktail for Sunday, but it's technically Monday now, so I guess that's irrelevant. (Also, I did not have brunch on Sunday.) Anyway, here's the Bellini, which was invented in Venice back in the 1940's. I used the original ingredients but people these days often make a quicker version using peach schnapps and champagne (1:3 ratio).
I enjoyed drawing a different type of glass: the champagne flute! So classy looking. :)
